ON TIME PROMISE
Building a pool is a big investment. The biggest fears Brisbane homeowners have are builders running late, running over, or disappearing.
Here’s our promise:
• We agree your pool design, scope and contract price upfront.
• We give you a realistic construction window in writing.
• If we run more than 4 weeks past that window for reasons within our control, and you haven’t changed the scope, we take $2,500 off your final payment.
No excuses, no run‑around. If we don’t deliver on what we promised in the contract, we pay for it.
What’s Not Included (And Why)
To keep your costs transparent and let you choose your own trades where you prefer:
• Pool fencing is supplied and installed by your chosen fencing contractor.
• Electrical connection from your switchboard to the pool equipment is completed by your licensed electrician.
We’re happy to work in with your preferred trades or recommend trusted local partners.
Variations for rock, poor access, soil conditions or design changes are always discussed and approved with you before any extra work is done.
