Can Nature help before the pool package goes to tender?
Yes. Early scope review can help clarify the pool structure, acoustic requirements, hydraulic design, waterproofing interfaces, finishes, equipment and construction sequence with the project team. Design responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for each package.
What should a builder send for a commercial pool price?
Send the latest architectural pool plans and sections, relevant structural and hydraulic information, finish schedules, scope documents, project programme and tender deadline. Identify any acoustic requirements, access constraints and nominated equipment.
Does a rooftop pool need a different construction approach?
